Always attempt to contact your property manager in the first instance to report a repair or maintenance matter. Emergency contact numbers are strictly to be used outside of work hours for those repairs that are considered urgent, requiring immediate attention.

 

 

Urgent repairs can include:

 

  • A burst water service.
  • A blocked or broken toilet.
  • A serious roof leak.
  • A gas leak or an electrical fault.
  • Flooding or serious flood damage.
