K(nowlegeable): we found him as someone who is not only passionate about his role but lives his passion to being informed of the market trends. In terms of our purchase, for example, he was astute enough to bring to light comparable properties in the area that were on sale with strong evidence as to why our target one was worth its value. That's the 'K' attribute of Ken!!! E(ffiecient): anyone dealing with him would utterly lie if they claim hi to be not efficient. In terms of our purchase, for example, he was fast as lightning to get all associated paperwork done and that too, to the extent of visiting our respective workplaces and/or residence to obtaining our signatures. The 'E' here can also be argued to him being an E(mpathetic) one who understanding that we lacked mobility attributed to our one-year old child, kindly offered to do the running around. This is the third property Ken has sold for my family over the last 4 years. There is one thing that is for certain at this point, luck is not a factor in the results! 3 properties, 3 huge results! There is always a clear strategy and plan of sale, that is tailored depending on the property, couple with Ken drive and motivation and incredible work ethic, he will fight for the result and he will get you the best dollar you can get.
