So, what can I say, this is the final Richard Matthews and Phan/Tran dynasty. Our journey began back in June 2016 when we bought a property from Richard Matthews. I was lucky enough to have Ken and Matthew selling my property. I had met originally with a couple of agents and instantly they stood out, they were genuine, realistic and would give me real advice, there were no sale pitch, there didn't need to be as their strong market knowledge immediately spoke for itself.
