Richard Matthews Real Estate broke the Belfield suburb sales record on Saturday after selling a stunning, stately family home on Saturday at Auction.

A young family were successful on the day, after competing against five other registered bidders and plenty of onlookers. The family were thrilled with the purchase and have been looking for quite some time.
